Roaches Hall

Exclusive use of the whole hall and grounds beneath the Roaches.
- Green dates are available to start your stay.

Pricing & terms
Everything you need to know before you book.
35% deposit
Secures your dates. We don’t take provisional bookings.
Balance
The remaining 65% is due 12 weeks before arrival. We send a reminder a week before.
£1,500 security deposit
Required for every booking, alongside your deposit and balance.
Check-in 4pm
Check-out is 10am.
Extras
- Dogs: £40 per dog, up to 5 dogs
- Day guests: £25 per person, up to 10, on site until midnight
- Early check-in (2pm) or late check-out (12pm): £200, confirmed 2 weeks before arrival
- Tablecloth hire: £35 for a full setting (4 × 108″ round, 1 × 88″ round and 2 × 54″ × 70″)
Good to know
- Groups where guests are aged 30 and over
- No marquees or tipis
- No external speakers (the house has its own Ohm sound system)
- No hot tub
How booking works
When you choose your dates you’ll go to Party Houses Europe Ltd, the official booking partner of Roaches Hall, to complete your booking securely.
